TERMS & CONDITIONS
Overview
Brightside Community Services provides light home support, administrative assistance, and everyday life management services. All services are non‑medical, non‑clinical, and non‑licensed. By booking a session, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Scope of Services
Services include home resets, light organizing, administrative support, errands, and general life assistance. Services do not include cleaning, heavy lifting, moving, childcare, medical care, pet care, home repairs, or transportation of clients.
Booking & Payment
All sessions are booked in advance through the website or by direct communication. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout. Prices may change at any time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice incur no fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a cancellation fee equal to one hour of service. Repeated last‑minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide a safe, respectful environment for services, disclose any safety concerns or access limitations before the appointment, and ensure pets are secured if needed. Services are judgment‑free, but boundaries must be respected.
Safety & Limitations
For safety and insurance purposes, Brightside Community Services does not use chemicals or perform cleaning tasks, move furniture or lift heavy items, pack or transport belongings, provide medical or personal care, supervise children or vulnerable adults, or drive clients in personal vehicles. Tasks outside the service scope will be declined.
Confidentiality
All client information, conversations, and household details are kept strictly confidential. No information is shared without explicit permission unless required by law.
Photos & Documentation
Before‑and‑after photos may be taken for internal reference or progress tracking. Photos will never be shared publicly without written consent.
Service Area
Brightside Community Services operates in Martinez, Evans, and Augusta, Georgia. Travel outside these areas may include an additional fee.
Liability
Brightside Community Services is not responsible for pre‑existing damage, structural issues, fragile or unstable items, or injuries resulting from unsafe conditions in the client’s home. Clients agree to notify Brightside of any hazards before service begins.
Right to Refuse Service
Service may be refused or discontinued if conditions are unsafe, the environment is hostile or disrespectful, or the requested task violates these Terms & Conditions.
Updates to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The most current version will always be available on the website.
