REFUND POLICY

Current Policy

Brightside Community Services does not offer refunds for services that have already been completed. All services are delivered in good faith, with professionalism, care, and clear communication. Because time and labor cannot be returned once provided, completed sessions are non‑refundable.

Cancellations Before Service

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to one hour of service.

Future Refund Options

This policy will be updated as Brightside expands into digital or physical products. Any future items—such as downloadable materials, printed guides, or merchandise—will include their own refund or return guidelines at the time of release.
